What do the Lions do next? Unfortunately it looks like Millen will hire the next coach. But, who is out there? Who can (or wants) the job?
I see a team that does not have the disipline or mental fortitude to compete at a high level. Every single game there is a list a mile long of unforgivable mental errors. Forget the poor play calling, the team fails to execute on the good calls.
This is a team that found a way NOT to capitalize on any opportunities at any time in every game. I am absolutely amazed they even won 4 games.
