Humbug, I say! There ain't enough Gojo in the world to clean the stench from this season off my hands.

How about my new movie idea? Three ghosts visit Bill Ford on Christmas Eve. The first is the ghost of seasons past. He goes back to visit the Bobby Layne Lions. The next takes him to visit the homes of us Lions fans and takes and take him to see the sadness and misery that this season (and the last several seasons) has created. Finally, the third ghost takes him to see the future. An elderly Matt Millen looks down over a crumbling Ford Field and watches the west coast offense and the Lions' 25th consecutive losing season.

Mr. Ford then wakes up, sees the error in his ways, and runs around Detroit wishing good tidings and cheer to all. He scraps the west coast (or as Blogman puts it, the "wet toast") offense. He hires a coach (the football type) and gives us true hope for a brighter future.

Merry Christmas to all*

*Wish not valid for anybody responsible for the Lions mess.

Now that would make a great made for TV movie! Blogman, keep posting as much as possible for the rest of the season and the off season please! Its little things like trades, signings and stuff that is crucial for the development of the team and I'd liek to hear your opinion.

I'm new to this page but I def. like it. Lets hope Millen doesn't draft an offensive skill player in the 1st round again in '06. Face it, he's gonna be there. He's made it this long.
