And Marinelli, he IS a good coach. It's the people around him who need out/help/whatever works. So far we've picked up new coach's to help build up this terrible franchise. The next thing is dang Matt Millen. He's the one who is making picks on players (or has been the past couple years)so Marinelli needs to stand up and pick up Joe Thomas(o.t.), next Troy smith (If still available, if not a qb), then 5th or sixth pick up a h.b.
