Giving a dog a banjo--without question the best analogy ever coined in the English language. However, with extansive practice, I bet a dog could pick and grin at least as well as that weird albino, in-bred boy who became so famous in "Deliverance". Actually, we are going to have make a Dog playing the banjo some sort of site mascot....It's too perfect!

Big Blog Guy--another great article.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. The Lions have to trade the #2 pick. Giving Matt Millen a good draft pick is like giving a dog a banjo--he'll just never figure out what to do with it. The costs of signing an early first round mistake can haunt a team for many salary cap years. Just get rid of the pick. It's not worth the heartache it will cause.

Joey to the CFL? If he ends up there, then good for the CFL and it may be a good place for Joey to rebuild his confidence. Maybe they could put his photo up on one of the buildings in Toronto.
