Hey Jason–don’t fret, the Lions are exactly like one of Mr. Ford’s overpriced cars. Lions fans, along with the wonderful Michigan economy, have all of the time in the world for this team to improve, right? It’s not at all dissatisfying, erm 6500 available seats remain for this Sunday’s home contest, Do You Believe in Now????

Wow, are the Detroit lions serious? I swear I will never buy a Ford, it may break down on me! I have tryed being a lions fan, but they continue to push me away! Why do we continue to have old QuarterBacks? I think the lions get newly drafted players and crush them! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THE COACHES LEARN TO COACH?

Believe in Meow…I love it! One of the Free Press columnists also submitted several mock replacement slogans today for the Lions incredibly, ill-timed ticket sales drive campaign slogan. There will be no end to the mileage that it will have, especially if the Lions continue to suck…which as we all know, is not too difficult to imagine.

Ricker–Kalimba the Ghost will regress to the mean before long. If you remember, what made him SO TANTALIZING to the Lions, to the point where they made fools of themselves, is that he was capable of being productive for stretches.

Then he would absolutely disappear. Unaccounted for. Persona non grata. We will have to monitor his season more closely. It would be the
Lions sick football karma biting them, yet again, if Edwards somehow sustains his performance.

One thing I would like to point out that Kalimba Edwards already has 3 sacks for Oakland this year. Unreal.
